RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All regular priced items MUST be returned within 30 days of when the item(s) were shipped to you in order to receive a refund or an exchange. All items must have original tags attached, unwashed, unworn and not have any visible wear or tear. Please fill out and include a Return/Exchange Form. Once we have processed your return or exchange, we will notify you via e-mail. We have the right to refuse/deny credit or exchanges on any merchandise. Any items received after the 30 days will not meet our return policy requirements and will be shipped back to you at your own expense. The credit card on file for your purchase will be charged.

CLEARANCE/SALE ITEMS
All sales are FINAL on clearance or sale items, jewelry and accessories. No returns, exchanges or store credit will be given.

FREE 2-3 Day Priority Shipping (Not Guaranteed) on all orders that are $100 or more (before tax) within the United States. If you prefer another shipping method, your rate will be calculated according to your order and based on the weight and distance. The total will be automatically updated to reflect your shipping choice. ShopHolyGrail.com is not responsible for the shipping costs on returns or exchanges. We highly recommend using a traceable method and insuring the package since we will not be held responsible for any lost or mis-shipped packages.
